Popular articles
Operational guides users need most often.
How do I create my first shipment?
Select a warehouse, enter recipient details, set package dimensions, choose a carrier, and create the label.
How do I integrate my own carrier agreement?
Under Settings > Carrier Agreements, select your carrier, enter details from their integration support team, and test the connection.
Why create an API token?
It gives your external systems secure access to create shipments, query tracking, or download labels on behalf of your KargoJet account.
How do I send a webhook test notification?
After creating an endpoint on the Webhooks tab, use Test to send a sample payload and see the HTTP status.
What does blocked balance mean?
At label time the main fee is charged; the blocked amount is a +2 desi buffer. After measurement, differences are settled from the buffer and any remainder is released. Delivery status does not change the fee.
Follow the API and Webhook topics on this page for tokens, webhook events, shipment endpoints, and sample payloads. We recommend using a test token and webhook test send before production integration.
